1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Effortless Scholar ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Effortless Scholar webinar services provided through www.escholar.live ("Website"). By registering for, accessing, or using our webinar services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register for or use our services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Effortless Scholar webinar is intended for students aged 13 and above. By registering for our webinar, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you should review these Terms with your parent or guardian to ensure that you both understand and agree to them.

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

To access the Effortless Scholar webinar, you must register by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. WEBINAR CONTENT AND SERVICES

4.1 Description

Effortless Scholar provides educational webinars on effective study techniques to help students improve their academic performance while optimizing study time.

4.2 Access

Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive access to the webinar via WhatsApp groups.

4.3 Scheduled Sessions

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel webinar sessions with reasonable notice to participants.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5.1 Ownership

All content provided through the Effortless Scholar webinar, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, presentations, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation of all content, is the property of Effortless Scholar run by Tharv Sable.

5.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Effortless Scholar webinar content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Effortless Scholar webinar content without express written permission
  • Use any Effortless Scholar content for commercial purposes
  • Record, download, or redistribute any webinar sessions or materials
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from any content
  • Use the content in a manner that suggests an association with any of our products, services, or brands
  • Use the webinar content in any way that may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Effortless Scholar

6. USER CONDUCT

During participation in the Effortless Scholar webinar, you agree not to:

  • Disrupt or interfere with the webinar or other participants' experience
  • Harass, bully, or engage in any harmful conduct toward others
  • Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services
  • Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law

7. PAYMENT TERMS

7.1 Fees

Registration fees, if applicable, will be clearly stated before registration. All fees are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Refunds

No refunds will be provided for registration fees paid for the Effortless Scholar webinar.

8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EFFORTLESS SCHOLAR WEBINAR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 Academic Results

While Effortless Scholar aims to provide effective study techniques, we do not guarantee specific academic results. Individual results may vary based on various factors including but not limited to personal effort, consistency, and prior knowledge.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EFFORTLESS SCHOLAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE WEBINAR.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Effortless Scholar, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the webinar or your violation of these Terms.

10. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Effortless Scholar webinar immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the webinar will immediately cease.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. No notice will be provided regarding any changes to these Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the webinar after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India, for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Effortless Scholar webinar.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Effortless Scholar regarding the use of the webinar and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Effortless Scholar.
